Bookmarking Tabs in Safari 3

I'm running Safari 3.1.2 with Saft installed.

What is the difference between Bookmarks>Add Bookmark For These Tabs… (which I believe is native to Safari) and Bookmarks>Bookmark This Group of Tabs (which I think is added by Saft)?
