how to connect MBA rev. B to 40 inch tv??

ok so i'm wondering if this will work so that I get video and audio using my MBA rev. B on my 40" tv:

1. Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter

MB570


2. DVI-D single link Male to HDMI Female adapter

3. HDMI cable, i know i can't get audio from the hdmi cable from the MBA

4. 3.5mm Stereo Plug/Plug M/M Cable - 6ft

would this ideally work?

You've got it!
Except I'd just purchase a DVI to HDMI cable from monoprice instead of using an DVI to HDMI adapter+HDMI cable.
