Windows on an iBook G4

I'm confused, I was seriously under the impression this was not possible?

The seller is not using Bootcamp or Vmware or Parallels, he using Microsoft Virtual PC for Mac. It's been in existence for years but it ran VERY slow because it emulates the Intel processor rather than just virtualizing the environment. If you're buying that computer don't buy it because you can run Windows on it, you'll be disappointed.

Couldn't agree more. Running Virtual PC on a dual g5 powermac was painful enough. It would be unbearable on the iBook.

I've used it on a 1.5 GHz Powerbook G4 and it was as slow as molasses. It's not even usable since it takes forever even just to move the mouse around. If you are looking at it for running Windows Virtual PC isn't really usable.
