Will futureshop replace my macbook if there are factory defects?

Such as the dead pixels, loose battery covers, not straight keypads, and other common issues so far.

Also, can anyone tell me if there are any problems eliminated so far?
 
You're under Futureshop's return/replacement policy and then Apple will take care of warranty repairs.
 
They replaced an HP Pavilion laptop with a loose battery and flimsy left click button on the trackpad, for me...
