10.2 faster on a g3 mac even without Quartz extreme?

I have an iMac G3 400 (doesn't support Quartz Extreme), will I see and improvement in preformance when I upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2?

How much?

I would expect there to be some performance improvement. Not as drastic as 10 to 10.1 but there will probably be some. Keep in mind that Quartz Extreme will not be the only performance enhancer in this major an update.

Actually it will be a bigger change than from 10 to 10.1.

It is very fast, especially when scrolling through windows, and through the iDisk. Overall the improvements are very nice, and you will see a difference. Go ahead and max the memory on your iMac, your going to want it.
