What Happened to "Rename" from Cydia?

I can't to seem to find the Rename application. Is there anyway I can change my app names without SSH? Or is Rename called something else now?

I believe its in "Installer", not Cydia

When you open cydia make sure you have http://iphone.org.hk/apt/ in your sources. If not add it. Then go to Manage Sources and open it. Scrool down and there it is.
