Weird Apple TV problem

Hey guys,
I have "Fantastic Four" in .AVI format and converted it to .mp4 using iSquint. Now, when I add it to my itunes library and sync my apple tv it doesn't show up. I can watch it fine in itunes but it isn't available in my movie selection under apple tv. Any ideas? My settings for iSquint were "go nuts" quality, "format for tv", and h.264 encoding. I have done several movies this way and no problems until this one. Any ideas?
