For a supercar, the Zonda's interior is rather nice, at least in terms of material quality and workmanship. Aesthetically, yeah, not so much...
The Bugatt's interior, on the other hand, is truly a work of art. Especially the Hermes edition. I wasn't surprised it wasn't the fastest, due to the weight, but look how stable it was at all times. Absolutely no drama. In the hands of a less-experienced driver, I would not be surprised if the Bugatti scored the best lap times due to less mistakes/corrections. That Jaguar was amazing. Absolutely amazing. Though Clarkson did drive from London to Edinburgh and back on a single tank of gas with an Audi 4.0 liter V8 twin-turbo diesel in Season 4. And as for Aston Martin, the DB9 held up fine when Jeremy drove it from London to Monte Carlo in Season 4. He wasn't exactly flogging it, I admit, but neither was he loafing, either. Watching this now on iPlayer. The Zonda is stunning. If I had the cash I'd have one over the Bugatti every single day of the week...

One flew by me a few months ago on the highway here, I nearly shat myself. Me, and every other driver on the road sped up and had their camera phones out to snap a pic. I never thought I'd see one in real life either. There was a young kid, maybe 10 years old in the passenger seat who looked like he was having the time of his life. I wish I was that kid (well, I wish I was the driver, but being the kid is the next best option )

The reason that the people who have had the Bugatti, or infact any other nice sounding good looking car go by them and not hear it is because the drivers are just soooooo boring. i live in surrey (well at uni at the moment, but from surrey) in the UK and the cars people have are just unbelievable - you either have big jeep/bmw/merc 4x4's, sports cars or anything expensive and no one ever drives even slightly erratically. ive seen so many aston martins and i could only just hear one of them, probably because i was standing next to it at the traffic lights. porsche's are just everywhere (literally rounder every corner there is one, there's at least 3 on my short street) and they sound as exciting as my corsa.
i just hate it that people that have expensive, fast cars dont ever stamp the throttle grrrrr

Another gr8 episode!
M3 will always be the daddy.... forget it, Lexus. Lexus will always be the "wanna be". Most of the time they wanna be a Merc. And now they try to be an M-Beamer. Next stop: Wanner be an Audi. So.... wanna be a cock

Well I think Jeremy highlighted the problem with the F - the ride.
If you've owned one or driven one for a time, Lexus has a really nice ride. Not "soft" or "floaty", mind you. Nice. Unfortunately, the folks working on the F felt that was a "bad" thing in a "sport sedan" so they made it as rock-hard as possible - probably because the true "wanna be" owners don't know any better. BMW, on the other hand, understands you can have great driving dynamics without sacrificing the ride. If Lexus had kept the F's ride compliant and comfortable, I think it would have ranked higher. Sure, at 10/10ths it won't handle as well, but here in the States, we can't drive more then 6/10ths anyway. ![]() Of course, Captain Slow's "Carbon-Kaze" was the definition of "harsh ride".

How did your wife know about those?
![]() When you think about it though... those exhausts are about as real as the brand of car they're fitted to. Weheh. ![]() Quote:

The numberplate is "N2COLA". I've seen her stop across a junction get out of the car and have a conversation with her friend on the pavement. The car will be left running and the door open. If anyone blows their horn she will normally shout something along the lines of: "****** OFF YOU ********* W**KER! WHO THE ****** DO YOU THINK YOU ********* ARE?!" |

The 7 used to be BMW's best-looking car, but it has never recovered from being the first under Chris Bangle's knife.I agree with the TG-Three that the SC430 is hideous (as are all their SUVs - but then so are BMW's), but the ES looks awesome and the i (non-F) is good-looking, as well, IMO. |

Ford Fiesta looks incredible, which is surprising to me because I regularly drive my mother's 2007 model and it is terrible and gets terrible fuel economy.
I wonder how it will be badged when Ford collapses, will another manufacturer pick up the pieces and rebrand it? |
