do you know if I can book online an appointment for the Apple Regent street store.I have technical problem with my MBP
 
Go to Apple.com or whatever the UK site is. Find your store, and see if you can't book a Genius appointment. If you tried this then I personally cannot help, but chances are you did not and you probably should try first. 😉
