Lightbox style display for Flash/HTML content?

I'm looking for a good open-source Lightbox clone that will display Flash and/or HTML content instead of just images. GreyBox seems to display fairly nicely, but it appears to take a while to load, where most Lightbox clones I've seen take very little time to display the actual window. The lighter the code the better, as well, and it needs to be reasonably easy to implement. I'm fairly capable, but I don't have a lot of experience with JavaScript, so it'll take me some figuring out and probably several mistakes before I get it implemented correctly anyways.

I looked at Slimbox, but as far as I can tell, it can only display images. I don't know how to go about modifying the code to display anything else.
