I have no experience with Popcorn Hour but I'm going to take a stab at this.
Is dat sum Transmission embedded on ur device?

Oh yeah, sorry. Popcorn Hour is a set-top box to watch movies (much like ATV, but it's more of a XBMC replacement that plays HD files). Anyhoo, the latest firmware update includes transmission over a web interface and I forwarded the port on my router so I can access the interface elsewhere (like work).
So it's a low-power embedded Transmission Though it's main selling point is video playback.
