Apple cuts MacBook production by 20-30 percent

Category: Apple Hardware
Link: Apple cuts MacBook production by 20-30 percent
Description:: Rumours surface that Apple and Asustek have both cut production. Is this a sign of a weakening economy? (Or lack of FireWire)

That doesn't say if it's the White MB or the new one.

If it's the white one, go Apple. If not, then FW was a bigger issue than they hoped it wouldn't be. Probably doesn't help, either way, the sagging economy.

Given they also cut iPhone projections I bet this is just the effect of Apple's luxury status in an economy where people are cutting back.
