iBook G4 - Won't Hold a Charge.

It shows that the charger is connected, but it stays at a 0% charge.
I got it used. It's about 4 years old.
The previous owner had no problem with this.
The color on the charger is green. Is it supposed to be?
What do i need to do to fix this?

Does it show that a battery is connected at all? The charger will turn orange when it's charging and green when it's not. You can do a PMU reset by holding down the Option, Command:)apple:), P & R while it boots up and wait til it restarts. Continue holding that for a few start ups and let it boot as normal.
