iPod Nano 2G - Possible to get a new battery fitted?

As per title, my current battery looks like if its going to die soon. I've had this little monster for two years and it works a treat. Don't want to sell it or give it away... can I get a replacement battery for it?

you can also use their step by step tutorial if you choose another battery from somewhere else
