coudlnt u just remove the card...and then it would be disabled...errrr

Exactly. I highly doubt that they use a FileVault like encryption for the hard drive, so you could just remove the card, and if all else fails, take the HD out and connect it to another machine to view the files.

82 usd for that...kinda silly if you can bypass it by removing the device. not all theives will be saavy enough to remove it, but still looks like a waste to me
