Looking for MacPro Case
Im looking to buy just the case as I wanna build it overtime since i cant afford to buy all together. I have resources to get all the other parts I just cant find a place who has them for sale. Would love if it comes with a motherboard.
Please let me know if you know of a site that sells them. Last edited by Blue Velvet; Nov 16, 2008 at 11:14 AM. Reason: Removed offer. Not eligible for marketplace transactions |

macpalace.com carries most anything. They have cases, CPU coolers, and logic boards. Among other things.
![]() Mac parts tend to be expensive, so be prepared. The case will be ~$290, the logic board over $700, $102 per CPU cooler, and don't forget the PSU, cable harnesses, and probably a few other odds and ends. For a part or two, it might be plausible, as I don't know what resources you refer to. Personally, this won't be the way to go if you need quite a bit of stuff. Way too expensive. If you do need quite a bit, try looking on eBay/Craigs List for a "Sold As/For Parts" type of deal, as that may be a better way to get some of the odd parts like the case, wiring harness, PSU, CPU coolers, etc. Just an idea anyway. ![]() Good luck.
