Version 2.3 is available now if you "Check For Updates".

Included in the new version are:

  1. AirTunes streaming to an Airport Express. (Cool beans! I've been keeping my computer on.)
  2. Video playlists. (I know some on this board have waited for this one.)
  3. The ability to use non-Apple remotes. (Neat!)

BE WARNED, however. It kills Boxee and I'm not sure if you'll be able to reinstall it or not, yet.

Home page? The Apple TV and iPhone forums are the only part of MacRumors that exist to me. :)

Anyhow, I think the topic is relevant here, especially for the heads-up about Boxee, which I'm sure people might want to discuss.

why does it matter if there is one for the article and another here? when a new ipod is announced, people comment on the article, but also make posts in the ipod forum! it makes sense...

anyway, i'm excited to throw on a video playlist! i can buy all the shows i watch and watch the new episodes once a week! or, i could make a playlist with the newest chuck and the newest heroes, and another with earl, the office, and 30 rock, and pretend i'm watching tv!
