I just bought an OCZ 60GB SSD for my revision A macbook pro. When I load up OS X install and go to disk utility it says the drive has a capacity of 0 bytes. Is the drive bad? Am I missing a step?

I pulled the drive out and hooked it up with the built-in mini-usb cable, everything looks fine. It reads the capacity as intended.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

10.4 can only read the drive via USB.

I went to the Apple store and picked up a copy of 10.5.4 and it recognizes the drive in both Disk Utility and the install program.

OCZ SSD 60GB v2 drive does not work with os x 10.4 it requires 10.5
