If I upgrade to 2.2, will i lose all my cydia apps?

Hi,

Once a jailbreak is out for 2.2 and if i update to 2.2 from itunes, will i lose all my cydia apps?

Its a little more technical, but this link can show you how to do it. Haven't done it myself, but I will be before I go to 2.2.
