Lightbulb Best iTunes Album Deals?

I've been trying to find a site that has a list of the BEST ALBUM DEALS on the iTunes Store, but I haven't found any. I'd like to see a list of albums with the average price per song AND be able to sort the list by the average.

For example, Cream's "The BBC Sessions" has 26 songs for $12. That's $0.47 per song.

What do you think? Do you have know of any other deals?

Why stop at songs/$?

I got Golden Earring - Moontan.

5 songs for $4.95, but 40 minutes! 8 minutes/$.99 ain't too bad.

Personally I think I'd pass on the first album, but that's just me.

How did you find these?!!

I'm guessing the 30 sec preview really lets you know what the other 241/2 minutes are like?

Hmmmm.... it's .... ummm ... interesting that most "tracks" on that first "album" are less than 30 seconds long. You actually wouldn't have to buy the "album" at all to listen to nearly all of the "songs" ... if you're into that sort of thing.

Did you listen to it? I felt like I had a pretty good idea after about 10 seconds. But that's just me...

I really liked this one. I bought both tracks immediately. My 22 month old son like the other one. Honestly, I liked the other one too...

I bought the Tibetan monk album as well. Great background sound for when I'm painting. Heck of a deal too.

I also bought them immediately. I love "unique" music. Often, this comes from the "world" genre. Bottom line, though... I love it. Suppose I oughtta submit a recommendation.

Can't say that I've purchased any of the farts, though

iTune deals

can't beat the 99 for $.99
but I bought my son the 2 album set Oingo Boingo "Farewell - Live from the Universal Ampitheater" for $9.99 with 30 songs.
Deals aren't neccessarliy great music so I browse a great deal before buying just because it's a lot of music.

Ok, so the 99 songs for $9.99 I posted was a bit of a joke. However, I did purchase this "good deal"--- it's a great value, and it is wonderful music... if you're into 'unique' stuff.

39 Songs -- $9.99

If you want some good music on the cheap, check out Miles Davis's "Bitches Brew". It claims to be a partial album, but it's actually not. You can get everything, 1.7 hours, for just $7. That's $0.07/min.

I can just see the farts popping up during shffle play between two other tracks. Could be a funny way to break up the musit.
