Possible to convert AVI or MPEG into MOV?
I want to burn a bunch of Sealab 2021 episodes I have on my computer onto a DVD using iDVD, but with that only supporting .mov files...I'm screwed. Any suggestions?

Just open the .avi or .mpeg in QuickTime, go to Save As, and make sure it's set to Self-Contained.

If you have Quicktime Pro, export the movie to any format you want.

Quictime Pro isn't necessary, QTConvert will do the trick.
