1st Gen. iPhone case search- need help

I have a 1st gen. iPhone and don't plan on getting 3G anytime soon. I'd like to get a case for it, but can't find anyplace (Apple Store included) that is selling cases for 1st gen. iPhones. I'd like to generate a list using this thread. If you know where you can purchase cases for 1st gen. iPhones, please add it to this discussion.

Most iphone websites, like everythingicafe.com & ilounge.com, sell 1st Gen iphone cases. Also the websites that produce cases have 1st gen ones, like: Sena, Vaja, Otterbox, Iskin, Ivyskin, etc.
