iPod touch Microsoft Office Outlook synced to iPod touch; how do i get it off?

i was playing around with the touch and all of the sudden my outlook calendar synced to the ipod touch; A) this takes up space B) it synced weird. I want it off anybody have any clue how to take it off?😕
