Deleted videos, but file names keep coming back

Hi,
Appreciate your help on this. This problem occurs only after the recent firmware update. The videos that I've deleted from my iPhone reappears the next time i power it on. It listed the titles/file names, but when I tried to play, an error prompt pops up (obviously, because I'd had previously deleted them). Seems like the actual movies were erased, but the iPhone keeps listing the file names. 😕
