Importing to iTunes from Old libary

Hello,

I have an old data harddrive that was formatted from a PC that I just put into an external enclosure. The harddrive has all my music from before that was organized and maintained by iTunes. I want to import all those songs into my mac now. How do I do this? I see there's an library.xml file in the folder, along with all the album artwork, and songs organized by album subfolders.
