Problems with the 9800 pro

I finally found out what is that whistling noise that my G5 makes that pisses me off. My 9800 PRO. I dont think its fair that I pay 300 extra for sucha noisy card does any one have a resolution?
Any assistance would help.
 
put a better fan on it, see xl8yourmac for many different soutions. common problem and plenty of better aftermarket fans.
 
The fan is another problem but I am refering to the noise that occurs when ever I use Quartz Extreme or anything that involves special features from my Graphics card.
