Can anyone recommend any specific brands that they're currently using? I don't want to buy a bunch of them and find out that they don't work with the combo drive on my iBook G3 800. I need them to back things up on off my hard drive. Thanks!

I bought Sony because they were the cheapest in the store, but I also haven't heard of any particular brand to avoid.

When I first used one it did take me a moment to realize that I had to "erase" the data on the CDRW before I could re-write.

I use many brands, i usually just get whatever is on sale. I've never hand any problems.

im using a few brands, Memorex, Sony, and GQ. they're all good, and i've not had any problems with them. Incidently, the GQ (Great Quality, cost me $2.00 😀) is a few years old, and has alot of rewrites on it, so i dont think cost is a factor.
