Where do I get them? I can't find them in Cydia anywhere.

In sections. Or go to search and type blank.

Which section? Search returns no results.
Am I missing a (valid) source?

Did you install steffwiz source? If you haven't you need to. It has all of the blanks. When I go into sections it's either in add ons or other I think.
