Why do I have invisible Apps?

Hi guys,
I just recently jailbroke my 1st gen iPhone with QuickPWN and it's awesome. The next fews days after I did so at one point I had multiple invisible apps that I could do nothing with but delete. These apps would go anywhere on my phone making me me re-organize all my apps. How can I get rid of these? Thanks
 
Some of the winterboard packages include blank icons to accent the theme. Read the more info tab before you install.
