Lock icons on home page?

Hi,

Is there an app or setting that will lock the layout of the icons on the home screen?

Our 2 year old loves to use the phone to view videos of herself on the phone but in getting to the videos section under iPod, she will sometime accidentally rearrange the icons. We would like to lock those icons so we don't have to go to settings and reset them.

No. If you have any non pre-installed apps you may want to consider she could deleate them while she is re-arranging the springboard.
