Bluetooth keyboard adapter

I was curious if there existed a bluetooth keyboard adapter, so that I can turn my egronomic keyboard into a bluetooth one. Yes, I know, it kind of defeats the purpose of the bluetooth to have a long cable. 🙂

I'll probably just end up using a USB to PS/2 adapter.
 
If there was one it'd probably run you in the neighborhood of $50. For that price you can almost buy the Apple bluetooth keyboard.
