I don't remember them releasing a public version of Rhapsody for Windows.

I think just developers were getting copies.

They did release a copy for Macs called Mac OS X Server version 1.0 which really showed the warts in Rhapsody and basically killed the product, when developers stood firm and threatened to bail on Apple if they didn't do something to save their investments in their Apple product source code.

Well logically... if it wasn't released, except perhaps to developers, and you weren't a developer at that time... then no, there's no legal way for you to get it. 🙄 If you met someone who wasn't using their copy, then maybe it'd be legal, but I doubt it.
