Anyone elses aluminum macbook run hotter after the updates? My fan runs slower and doesnt increase in speed but the macbook feels hotter all the time?😕
 
really, mine actually is a lot cooler now after the update, the fans seem to get louder though at times, like when playing the sims 2.. mainly because i sit my laptop on a pillow, but its usually running cool
 
I was thinking the same thing. Normally the left side is slightly warm. Now it is feels noticeably warmer.
 
I wanna say that it's a couple degrees hotter... But i'm not entirely sure.. It does seem that way tho, and I wonder if that's in order to get the fans not to kick in so often since that uses up battery ??!? dunno.. just a thought.
