whats wrong with my imac :S weird voice talkin

ok my friend like done something to my mac he button bashed my key-board and now some like alien raspy deep voice keeps talking. it highlights a area i write in and narrates it however i see my programmes im running there is nothing that could do this running. please help me cuz i dunno very much about macs :S thnxs.
 
You've got Voice Over turned on.
Hit Apple (Command) + F5 or Apple (Command) + Fn + F5 if you're on a laptop
