Hi, my status bar menu items seem to be moving around each time I start up. I've got the time, the nationality menu (just cos i like to see the Union Jack 😀), Battery Level, iSync, Volume, AirPort and a 3rd Party CPU monitor.

On 10.2, it went Time, Battery, Volume, i think, and I liked that. But now, my battery sometimes ends up at the wrong end, or other icons get inbetween....

I can sometimes remedy this by going the the appropriate control panel and turning off the icon, then turning it back on again.

But, when I do that - it's anyone's guess as to where it'll pop back up again!

Any1 know how I can get a hold of my menu items by the throat and get them to stop jiggling??

I don't know why they're moving, but you can command-drag to move them around yourself.

Wow! I never knew that! Guess you DO learn something new every day!!!

You had me worried there, for a moment, with your subject line.
