hey ive been running logic express on the new macbook 2.4 and its been great without any problems.but since the newer ones dont have firewire, and i need to get one of those nifty firewire audio interfaces so im not stuck with a usb 2.0 one.

i know the new imacs are coming soon and hopefully a mac mini is coming out (that has firewire support) as well. i was wondering what would run logic express better on, a mini or imac? i would rather buy a mini, but i want to make sure it has the power to do alot of audio editing and recording with interfaces and stuff.

i just dont want to spend another 1000+ bucks, since i just bought the new macbook. i deffinitly dont have alot of money to spend
