I don't think either idea is unique. This might be the first time they've been done together though.

I think that's what was unique about it - the combination.

But I wonder if they don't have some special hazards on that course....😉

I love that last part about the 2.5 carat diamond someone was hoping to search through the dump for!

That is truly a very creative and innovative plan. We have a lot of land fills, why not put them to good use. This is the only way that man can actually create new real estate. A slogan could be, "Let your garbage work for you."
