Store return policies/restocking fees. What if I return item in a different state?

I bought a digital camera here in Utah while on vacation. Utah has a 15% restocking fee. What if I want to return it within 14 days in Hawaii, a state without a restocking fee? Will I be able to return it for a FULL refund?
