Changing the 'view' of the calendar time in Entourage?

Hi
This is my first post, so apologies if it is in anyway incorrectly listed!
I have migrated from a PC and Outlook 2007 and was able to reduce the size of each hour in the calendar view, so that I could essentially see 8am - 6pm in one view. The hour space on the Entourage 'Outlook'🙁 software is so big, that you can only view a few hours on one page...can anyone help me to re-configure this please?
