Safari Not Displaying Correct - Photo Included

Hey

Just turned my MacBook on this morning to browse the net and no matter what page I go to its not displaying properly. It loads fine to begin with, but if i scroll on the page down or up everything becomes distorted.

Any idea how to fix this? Or what has caused it?

Is it a MacBook or a MacBook Pro? There have been some issues reported with earlier model MacBook Pro's... particularly ones that use the 8600m chip.

This one is the New MacBook, I got it on Halloween. Don't know if that makes any difference, its only started this morning.
