Application timeframe?

Ok, so I applied three weeks ago... should I have heard something by now? I'm still in the "we're contacting your company's legal representative" (which is me) stage.

Growing impatient. Got app just about done, I don't feel I can polish it much more... grrr

I know someone who has been waiting for approval since mid-June.
