Pantone and Illustrator CS

We run Adobe Illustrator CS in our labs and we run the prints to an IP routed Xerox 780 CYMK Phaser. Now I realize that it is a CYMK printer and not actualy made for PANTONE inks and colors, but I was hoping to find some help in configuring Illustrator to get colors that look close enough to Pantone.

So far the colors look way off from the Color Chart for Pantone that came with the Phaser software. Anyone know any more about this?
