Earlier tonight I was ripping a CD in iTunes and it I had to force quit it because it was not responding. So I looked up on the apple discussions and I already reset my PRAM and my PMU and I also did a hardware test and at first it gave me a RAM error so i opened it up and I swapped the RAM. I retested and everything was fine. And no one has responded back to my plea for help. Should I give apple care a call tomorrow or should I just bring it in to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Though I have no idea how to help you, others might be able to help if you at least mentioned which system you had (ie. PowerBook G4 15", 768 MB RAM, 60 GB hard drive, and OS 10.3.2).

Yes, I have a PowerBook G4 15", 768 MB RAM, 60 GB hard drive, and OS 10.3.2. And I purchased it from the Apple Store in Newport Beach, CA.
