How do I upgrade Dylan's Blood on the Tracks to Itunes Plus?

I only have one Album on my iPod, which I purchased from
iTtunes. It is Dylan's Blood on the Tracks. I am clueless as to how to upgrade this. Can someone take me through the steps?

Go to the iTunes Music Store and click on the iTunes Plus link. It will then tell you if any of your songs can be upgraded.
 
"iTunes Plus" is on the right-hand side of the iTunes home page (under Quick Links). It only appears if you have upgradable songs.
