How long does it take to get an upgrade to itunes plus email? I requested the upgrade yesterday and got no email. Now the itunes plus link is gone, it comes and goes when I log in. When I tried to upgrade there was 103 songs to upgrade today its 137. It seems like my upgrade request never happened. What should I do?

there is no email. you sign into itunes, and there should be an "upgrade my library" link on the right side of the itunes stores.

then you click on the upgrade button (it is all or nothing, remember!)
