How can I run after effects cs3 at it's best on the Ibook g4?
Hi all, first time poster so I hope I dont ramble but I was wondering, what are some ways that I can run after effects at a fast speed when doing motion graphics and editing HD footage on an Ibook g4 with 1.42 GHz and 1.5 GB of RAM? Also If this info helps I have a ATI Mobility Radeon 9550 graphics card with 32mb vram and 17.51 GB left on my 55.77 Hard drive. Anyway like I said, first time poster so I hope i didnt do anything wrong. Thanks to all who help!

an iBook will never run AE very well...
make sure all of your media is on an external FW drive, don't run any applications (including the dashboard) while running AE, and just hope for the best.
