Quite interested in how this guy did this

I've emailed to ask - awaiting responce - do you think he painted it or do you think its a vinyl?

What do you all think aswell - cool - or poo?

To me it looks like vinyl becuase of right where the flash it you can see the vinyl is kinda bubbled where the silver meets the black.
