An iPod Touch Killer? Nope not IMO. But, could be interesting if priced right.

The GiiNii Moveit tablet is apparently a prototype. It might go for $149 and includes an camera and a microphone. 4.3 inch screen, resolution is 480 by 272, and the Android OS.
