How to do it in simple way?

In IPhne app store application there is way for remembering the last visited section so that the next time the user runs the app, he/she is presented with the last visited screen. How to remember this "last visited page/section" with using sqlite.

You have to devise a method to save state when the app is terminated. There is no system pre-rolled in the SDK to do it although one of the Apple sample code examples does show a way of doing it (which one escapes me at the moment).
