First of all I would like to thank those of you that helped me with my iBook issues - the iBook not seeming to be charging and taking power etc...
I already tried changing the battery to see if that was the problem, but no joy. I took it into an Apple Authorised place near me, and they suggested it could be a logic board issue...
This evening I went around to a friend's house, who also has an iBook. I tried, as a last-ditch effort, to use his power supply cable. I was suprised to find that it actually worked - and the iBook is now charging!
So this is the third power supply I've been through... but I'm glad it was just that and nothing more serious...
